Quality Controling System

STORES

  • Remove all loose metals of receiving items.
  • Color wise Batch wise fabric unloading & Storing.
  • Counting all receiving accessories 100% & storing separately. (Style wise color & size wise)
  • 10% Fabric inspection (4 Point System) is done if damage rate is above 26%, after go to next or 100% inspection.
  • Fabric shrinkage testing.
  • 10% Trim inspection is done if damage rate is above 2.5 100% check.
  • Bin card system maintained.
  • Separately needle stores available.

CUTTING

  • Fabric receiving, layering & cutting process is done according to color & batch wise.
  • Monitoring system has for Marker & Layer
  • Cut panel (Bundles) top – middle & bottom 7 pcs checking to cut Pattern.
  • SPC System Function for measurement & damages, including cutting dept.
  • Panel checking is done 100%. (If fabrics fail, after decide.)
  • Panel audit system
  • 100% Numbering
  • Bundle tag & Bundle Chart issue to sewing dept.

PRODUCTION

  • Machine cleaning program has 3 times per day.
  • Machine oil leak monitoring records maintain.
  • SPC system has functioned for critical points.
  • Operation specification charts have each machine.
  • End line 100% checking garments.
  • Critical point’s measuring hourly.
  • Measuring garments 3 times per day.
  • End line Audit is done on AQL 0.65.
  • There is a Measurement Audit System.
  • There are label procedure, Button procedure, Needle procedure, Chemical use procedure & Metal free procedure in factory.
  • There is a maintain bundle system.

PACKING

  • Thread sucker & size separating.
  • Finish garments 100% ironing & pressing.
  • Ironed garments Pre final garment audit 100%.
  • There is a packaging audit system.
  • Packing Audit is done AQL 0.65
  • After ironing measuring garments 3 times per day.
  • All garments metal detected.


SAFETY PROCEDURE

PRODUCT SAFETY

  • Broken needle log sheets are maintained & Needle inventory check twice per day.
  • Needle / eye / pulley guards are available.
  • Button pull test thrice per day. The box attached each button attach machines.
  • Maintain the needle detector calibration log & Detector machine check 9 point system 4 times per day.
  • All metal items are recorded at all sections. Tools control system is available.
  • All trimmers & scissors are attached to the each machine.
  • Fusing peel born test twice per day & Test fusing glue line temperature for buyer request.
  • Monthly factory Product safety audit system.
  • All test machines are calibrated.
  • All pack garments are metal detected.
  • Metal Free Policy / Needle control policy / tools control policy / tube light braking policy / Incoming material procedure / metal detection procedure are available.

PERSONAL SAFETY

  • Fire drill are conduct & fire training once in every 6 month
  • First aid training conduct once annually.
  • There is a fire & first aid team for each dept.
  • Drinking water test every 6 month.
  • A certified nurse is available in any time per day
  • A qualified Doctor visits once a week
  • Canteen worker health certificate available.
  • All compressors & Steam boilers are calibrated.
  • Boiler certificate & Boiler operator certificate are available.
  • There is a full insurance for workers & factory.
